Lenovo To Acquire Motorola Mobility From Google For 2.91 Billion

Google has just announced that it has struck a deal with Lenovo to purchase Motorola for $2.91 billion. The announcement comes as a pretty big surprise, given that the search giant has only been at the helm of the handset maker for less than two years.
